As per UGC XII Plan (2012-2017) guidelines published on the UGC Website, the UGC has recommended formation of “Planning Board” to prepare and monitor proposals submitted/ sanctioned under UGC XII Plan under various schemes. The Planning Board will be responsible for implementation of schemes sanctioned under UGC XII Plan.
