Deccan Education Society's Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology

This is a one-year full-time course run autonomously by the Deccan Education Society through Fergusson College.

Structure of the course:

• 4 theory papers
• Internships
• Training workshops
• Supervised case work

Eligibility: (According to preference)

• M.A. or B.A. with Psychology major
• Graduation with Psychology as one of the subjects
• B.H.Sc. with Child Psychology as the specialization
• M.S.W.
• B.A.M.S. / B.H.M.S.
• Graduates of other disciplines
• (Minimum 60% marks at Graduation level)

Admission procedure:

• Forms and prospectus available in the Dept. of Psychology, Fergusson College, from May.
• Completed forms to be returned to the department by 15th of June
• Merit list will be put up by 5^th of July.
• Personal Interview Schedule will be put up along with the merit list.
• Final list of selected students will be put up.

Course begins by the second week of July.
