People who are not so successful in academics and in the job they do, but
have reached great heights of success in something else like art, music,

Friends, today's work environment is full of competition. One faces competition at
every step in the educational and/or professional ladder. To put it in a simpler term
it is a 'survival of the fittest' kind of situation.

A majority of the students is unaware of severity of competition. As a result
many students face difficulties in adjusting to their environment. Most students
complete their basic courses successfully, but are totally cut off from the
environment and do not know much beyond what they have studied. Such students
find life tough, when they seek employment. It is this segment of the student community
